The reef boasts some remarkable sights, including a sunken safari boat in the northeast, two coral blocks in the lower part of the lagoon, and a beautiful coral.

Shaab Samadai is a protected marine park, whose access is regulated: - Dedicated zones have been created in the reef: a clear no-entry zone corresponding with the inner lagoon, called Zone A, was established to provide a sanctuary to the dolphins. Zone B is designed for swimmers and snorkelers, where transit of speedboats is prohibited.
